IPM is a specialist project management firm, providing professional advice and services covering all aspects of infrastructure and building procurement from inception to completion.
Founded in 1986 (originally as NIPM), IPM was the first established professional project management practice in Ireland.
Our Project Managers are all qualified, and have practised, as Architects; we therefore have an innate understanding of the process of design and the issues of both quality and value in the context of a complex legislative landscape.
In addition to core project management services, IPM also provide expertise in the administration of standard and non-standard forms of building contracts, development agreements, preparation and execution of Public Private Partnership developments and in dispute resolution. Our full range of services is listed below.
Niall joined Interactive Project Managers in 1996 and became a Director of the firm in 1999. Although qualifying as an architect, Niall has specialised solely in project management since 1995. Niall has specific expertise in the project management from inception to completion of complex, mixed-use city centre projects, conservation and restoration projects. Notable recent projects include the Restoration of St. Mel’s Cathedral, Longford (rebuilt following a fire in 2009) and Dublin Landings Mixed Use Development, North Wall Quay.
Niall has significant industry participation especially through the Board and Committee of the RIAI and the Liaise Committee of the Construction Industry. Niall is a member of the Construction Contracts Adjudication Panel established under of the Construction Contracts Act.

Having qualified as an architect, Eileen chose to specialise in project management, joining IPM in 2006. A strong solution-focused individual, she possesses excellent technical, commercial and regulatory awareness. With a career spanning 20 years, Eileen has significant experience in the design and project management of large-scale, new build and complex intervention works, assembling and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of facilities across multiple sectors.
Exacting in the preparation of technical briefing documents and establishment of procurement procedures, Eileen ensures a firm foundation is in place before any project is initiated. An effective communicator, she is at ease coordinating the flow of dialogue and transfer of information between internal and external project stakeholders, and in contributing to executive level strategic planning processes.
Eileen brings her own understated management style to each commission, guiding through engagement and empowerment to earn the commitment and trust of team members and Clients alike.
The recent completion of the new 100 bed residential facility, The Aberdeen Centre, at Peamount Healthcare on time, within budget and without incident, during a period of escalating costs and contraction in public spending, is one such testament to Eileen’s thoroughness and collaborative approach to project delivery. A feat recognised by the award of Health Project of the Year to the development at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2020.
