IPM were the consultant project managers for the development of significant ESB Lands at Leopardstown Road. We were tasked with maximising the commercial potential of the site through a high quality response of varying design and civic character across the development site which contributed to the attainment of optimal development densities and to securing Local Authority approval of proposals. Design studies were undertaken with the Client and Project Team to optimise the town planning of the site including the analysis of potential use types, services infrastructure, landscaping and attenuation features, road infrastructure and integration into the wider Sandyford area and County Development Plan.
