A premium office building situated on a recently renovated plaza next to Wroclaw’s main train station. The development contains 6 stories of commercial use (5 storeys of office accommodation over retail), together with 1 storey of underground parking. Construction included a diaphragm wall methodology for the deep basement immediately adjoining neighbouring residential buildings. The project also involved the re-instatement of the existing plaza to an exacting design to match the adjoining municipal square. The development was originally completed in 2016, with the fit out of commercial space in 2020. IPM provided full project management services in respect of the development including design team selection, brief development, management of the procurement and contract stages
