IPM have assisted a number of providers in the development of carrier and cloud-neutral colocation data centres in Ireland and Europe, including :

Netherlands : 10,000 sq.m data centre in a phased development

Citywest 1 :  2,000 sq.m data centre, over two floors, with Rotary UPS

Citywest 2 :  2,000 sq.m data centre over two floors, with battery UPS

West Dublin : 4,000 sq.m data centre over single floor, in multiple phases

IPM have provided design and/or full service construction works project management, together with Design Team project management depending on Client requirements. Commissions have also necessitated the use of various bespoke forms of contract from management contracting to construction management to full design and build delivery.
