Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club commissioned IPM to provide project management services for the refurbishment and redevelopment of the club. The scope of work includes the addition of 2 new floors to accommodate an expanded gym, weights area, function rooms and kitchen. The existing bar and restaurant at first floor level will be extended and fully refurbished. The project also includes the renovation of the men’s changing area and the club’s main entrance and reception at ground floor level.
