IPM were appointed as project managers for the fit-out works to the new corporate headquarters for Aviva (Hibernian Insurance) at No. 1 Park Place, Dublin 2. This project was the largest office fit-out in the capital at the time accommodating c. 1,500 staff from a variety of locations. Extending to 19,000sq.m, the project comprised reception area, meeting space, client suites, open plan work environments with juice and coffee bars, a 250 seat restaurant and a gym.
