14 Clarendon Street is a Dutch Billy typology which has survived behind a C20th re-built façade c. 1930. The property retains extensive timber panelling and cornicing to its interior extending from entrance level to the upper floors. The focal point of the property is the panelled stairwell with a closed string staircase, Doric column newel posts, pine handrail over turned balustrading. The property has been extensively refurnished to provide a city centre residence with separate access and external amenity over a commercial retail unit.
