This exciting project on Dublin’s North Quays comprised the complete regeneration of a 2.35 hectare site. The completed development consists of 70,000sqm of grade A commercial space, 298 residential units, varied retail, restaurant, café and leisure facilities, all arranged around a network of exceptionally landscaped streets and courtyard spaces, over a double basement car and bicycle park. All commercial space attained LEED Platinum certification, while the residences achieved a BER A3 rating.
