The development of No. 35 Barrow Street for Treasury Holdings was an exciting project adjoining Grand Canal Dock, undertaken at a time of significant development on the street. The 5,672sq.m 7 storey (over basement) building was fitted out for Mason Hayes + Curran during the latter stages of the development. Floorplates envelop a central atrium space, which stretches from ground to 6th floor, to provide a canteen, open-plan workspace and meeting suites.
