The result of a Dublin City Council developer competition, this project proposed the development of a site of around 17.2 hectares located 6 kilometres from Dublin City Centre at the M1 interchange with Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, Dublin 5.
A number of architectural firms were commissioned to design the accommodation to be provided in the 15 parcels into which the site was divided. The brief provided approximately 700 residential units, retail space, a hotel and community facilities with a central parkland which was the focal point of the design proposal.
