Design + Construction Management
This project involved the construction of three multi-storey office blocks of 30,000 sqm including a 400 sqm atrium to what is now the Matheson Solicitors headquarters over a campus wide basement. The development was on the last remaining Grand Canal Harbour brownfield site in Dublin Docklands, located between the Grand Canal Dock and the River Liffey. These buildings embrace the latest innovations in office planning and environmental technology.
